Patient Testimonials

Dear Dr. Barry,

I have always been taken great care of by my primary dentist, Dr. B.  When he retired, Dr. H. took over as my primary, and he too has been excellent, and always makes me feel at ease.  But when I was told that root canal work might be in my future, ...

Root Canal is a Beautiful Event

I was highly impressed with the office and will come back again (God forbid) if the rest of my teeth bite the dust.  I am also recommending your office to all of my friends.

I just wanted to let you all know how impressed I was with your office and the way you treated me last Thursday.  I was amazed at how easy the root canal procedure was and how Dr Barry and his assistant made me feel comfortable.  I truly appreciate it.

My personal as well as professional philosophy about life is that we should always strive to do more and hope to find ourselves in happier more comfortable circumstances.
In our office – as with any team – we all play very different roles, but our focus is the same.  We are all happy, hard working people who make our patient’s comfort our number one priority.  We enjoy working together, and realize that root canals don’t have a very good reputation. So, we know that sometimes we have an uphill battle.  This just gives us the opportunity to shine all the brighter. When you are working with an office the size of ours (1 Doctor, 1 Front Office, and 2 Assistants) it is so clear and easy to spot a group that really enjoys each other, supports one another, and really works so well together as a team.
We welcome you to our practice and hope that we can provide for you the quality of care you have come to expect from your general dentist.  Please call our office with any questions, or to make an appointment.
PS.  I am married, we have three pugs – they are our kids, and I am addicted to garage sales !!!

Elisha

Hi my name is Elisha; I am one of Dr Barry’s two assistants.  I started with Dr Barry at the beginning of his practice.  I have been a dental assistant for 20 years now; I started when I was 16 years old in Washington.  That is where I received my schooling, then I moved to Oregon where I became EFDA certified.

I love what I do, and who I work with.  We have a great team who care for one another as well as for our patients.  I get excited when I see how involved Dr Barry is in the future of dental care.  Our office is up to date with the latest technology.  He is very supportive of our continuing education, and we approach new techniques and products as a team.

On a personal note, I am married to a wonderful man.  We have 2 girls, a golden retriever, and a cat.  My favorite things to do are crafts and shopping.

Holly

My name is Holly, and I joined Advanced Endodontics shortly after graduating from PCC's Dental Assisting Program where I was certified as an EFDA in 2009.  Dr Barry's reputation and experience in the field initially attracted me to this practice, along with the progressive and cutting edge technology.

Growing up I had always loved all my Health and Science classes in school, along with taking care of others.  I knew at an early age that I wanted to pursue a career in the Dental Field.  I continue to take Science courses on the weekends with the goal of achieving an Associated of Applied Science Degree.  I beleive that education is a vital part in providing the best care to our patients.  Here at Dr Barry's office we are all commited to excellence and take pride in what we do in providing for others.

In my spare time I enjoy the company of my family and friends, photography, music and exploring Portland.
